MKD (ден) payments are available for customers in North Macedonia upon request.Cash on Delivery (COD) (if applicable)
Available only for local deliveries within North Macedonia.

2. Currency
All prices on our website are displayed in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise.
Customers in North Macedonia may be charged in MKD (ден).
Any currency conversion or bank transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Billing & Invoices
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, an invoice or order confirmation will be issued electronically.
Invoices are provided via email or through your customer account (if available).
Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

For bank transfers, orders will be processed after the payment is received and verified.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and standard return procedures apply.
